Place the tools in the refrigerator for at least two hours before use to allow the gel inside to cool. Use gentle pressure to glide both wands in outward, upward strokes around your undereyes, face, and neck. For puffiness, drain from under eyes to below the ear, down to lymph nodes in the neck. Use for five minutes morning or evening on a clean face, with a serum. Place the stainless steel portion of the tool in warm water for heat therapy. Store in the refrigerator.
